Shipping & Return Policy
Hair is FINAL SALE. Non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Any issues with your hair please contact us within 3 days of receiving and before your install. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. Business days DO NOT INCLUDE weekends or holidays. Processing time may be extended during or after holidays and promotional sales. Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday, until 12:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS if being delivered to a PO box. LYTresses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, LYTresses will not replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or USPS (1-800-275-8777) for further assistance. We strongly recommend you include Route Package Protection in case of any carrier issues.
After processing is complete, all orders ship in 1 to 5 business days, and 2 to 4 weeks for International delivery. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information.
