ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Orders is FINAL SALE. Non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Any issues with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving and before your install. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing for all in stock inventory and 14 business for PREORDERS / Promo Sales. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time. Processing time may be extended during holidays and promotional sales. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

All orders are shipped via UPS with signature required if being delivered to a PO Box it ships UPSP.

LYTresses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, LYTresses will not replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or USPS (1-800-275-8777) for further assistance.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Once tracking is received via email and you order has shipped it takes 2 to 5 business days to receive. Up to 10 business days for International delivery.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS THAT MAY RESULT FROM UPS /USPS OR NATURAL OCCURRENCES.
